The Third Sunday of the Holy and Great Lent is dedicated to the Holy Cross of Jesus Christ.
The Particle of the Holy Cross (The Cross upon which our Savior, Jesus Christ, was crucified) will be in our church for veneration on the following days:
• Saturday, March 14th at 5:30 pm during Vespers
• Sunday, March 15th during both Divine Liturgies
• Wednesday, March 18th at 9:00 am during the Pre-Sanctified Liturgy
• Friday, March 20th at 6:30 pm during the Pre-Sanctified Liturgy
Upon approach make a prostration in front of the Holy Cross (a complete bowing of the whole body, when we kneel on both knees, place both hands on the floor, and touch the floor with our forehead, after which we stand up).
